In This Age of Relentless Challenges, We Need Innovation and We Need Our Heroes

When it comes to Innovation your Project Manager is your Unsung Hero. Too often we have that creative idea, that excitement and that influence to get the idea noticed, but when you don’t have a savvy individual that can frame the value, mixed with business sense and the skill to show how to make it real by actually knowing how to deliver the results then you just have a dream. Whether you’re DC or Marvel, you still need a hero …that hero is your PM. Idea without delivery is a dream…Who will you trust to deliver? Who will you trust to make it real?

The Strategic Mindset ProjectTalks Africa

The Strategic Mindset – For Your Organization, Your Career and Your Life

Strategic planning is now a part of the PMI’s Talent Triangle – now identified as a critical component to our current and future roles. However, reading and hearing is one thing but how many of us can practice strategic planning and execution? ALL OF US.

This session will show us how strategic planning is a key to our success at work but, as well, to our careers and our lives. We will learn how to create a solid plan for any of the three legs and we will leave with the start to our own Professional Strategic Plans.
