Mona’s passion extends to giving back with a focus on women and children’s not-for-profit organizations. As a board member and executive coach, she contributes to their success by mentoring the leadership team in the areas of strategy and organizational effectiveness.

Nancy Haddad-Albina, M.Sc., MBA , MSC Information Systems, Program Executive Director, Telus Corporation

Nancy Haddad-Albina is a TELUS Program Executive supporting the Government of Canada technology evolution with 20 years’ of experience in large complex multi-million dollar Infrastructure and telecommunication service development and delivery. Nancy has strong marketing knowledge and experience in enterprise products and solutions development with deep knowledge of WAN/LAN Connectivity, VoIP, Call Center and Software Information services within the Government, Health, Education and the financial sector. Nancy successfully manages cross-functional teams in a matrix environment of over 120 members including 50 direct reports for service delivery and product development including introduction of new technology. 

Nancy also enjoys supporting community programs with Junior Achievement Canada for 6 years and was the recent recipient of the 2013 TELUS Presidents Club Award for the successful delivery of the Converged Network contract to the Government of Canada.

Mark Anglin, BEng., MBA ,PMP
With over 20 years of technology and global business experience, Mark is a seasoned Project Manager in the 2 key technology areas of application development and IP networks.
Mark has brought 2 software products to market, opened and directed a company in Europe, assisted in raising capital from leading firms such as Morgan Stanley in New York, a well as Cisco Systems and Kleiner Perkins Caufield Beyers in San Francisco.

Dr. Jill Birch, BirchGrove Inc.
Jill Birch is a leadership advisor, author and senior executive. She is Founder & CEO of BirchGrove Inc., where she helps organizations develop leadership capacity and build competitive strategies. She has been a CEO and C-Suite executive as well leadership consultant with Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions and the Schulich School of Business.

Jill has spoken to 1000s of leaders around the world. Her presentations embody the leadership concerns we all have today – achieving organizational goals by engaging teams, developing innovative strategies, and measuring success.

Jill was awarded a Ph.D. in relational leadership from Griffith University in Australia and an M.A. from OISE/UT. She is also a Certified Association Executive.
