Speaker Details

Kiron Bondale
Kiron has worked in the project management domain for more than fifteen years managing multiple projects, leading Project Management Offices (PMO) and providing project portfolio management consulting services to over a hundred clients across multiple industries. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 1999 and served as a volunteer director on the Board of the PMI Lakeshore Chapter for six years.  Kiron has published articles on Project and Project Portfolio Management in multiple journals and has delivered over a hundred webinar presentations on a variety of PPM and PM topics and has presented at multiple industry conferences. Since 2009, Kiron has been blogging on a weekly basis on project management topics and responds to questions daily in the LinkedIn PMI Project, Program and Portfolio Management discussion group.

Dave Condinho
Dave is responsible for coaching Continuous Improvement Leaders and Coaches to lead value stream mapping events, kaizen events, 5S, standard work, FMEA, quality improvement, A3 1problem solving,leadership team start-up, and other types of events for Continuous Process Improvement. Mytechniques for coaching were modeled by the skills and practices learned from my coaches during his 9 years as a Key Trainer for Toyota.

 

Keith Miles
Keith Miles is a change/culture-change professional. He started consulting after completing a three-year, MBA thesis-research project on Organizational Change with 72 participating organizations. The study identified factors which lead to effective performance transformation. He’s applied his research as a practitioner helping organizations raise business performance, employee engagement, and respect for leadership. Keith helps individuals enhance influence with practical ways they can step-forward now to help their teams achieve longer-term goals. An effective and passionate communicator, he has authored two books: one on how to foster team-level change, and the other on specific leadership behaviors that attract and engage the best talent. Keith has an undergraduate from Western University and a Masters in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier’s Lazaridis School of Business & Economics.

Over 20 years experience of working with forefront Technologies, Marketing and Design, Constant Innovation is at the heart of what keeps Karl curious, entrepreneurial & passionate. Karl’s experience has taken him all over the world and seen him manage innovation, development, interactive, design, & marketing teams as well as innovation practices and processes.
